I arrive early and spend a few minutes simply talking with you and your team before I start shooting, about the business, not about how to stand. It makes a real difference to how people come across on camera.
The same principle applies here as with a wedding: I'd rather catch you mid-conversation than ask you to hold a smile.
If you need a team or group shot for the website, we'll get that done efficiently, so most of our time goes towards photographs that genuinely reflect your business rather than a stock library.
I'll help with choosing locations beforehand too, somewhere in your space or your city that actually says something about what you do, rather than settling for a plain wall.

Afterwards, I go through the whole shoot carefully and keep what genuinely holds up, the images you'd be proud to have representing your business, not simply the technically correct ones. I edit for consistency and light, without manufacturing a look that isn't really yours day to day. You'll usually have your gallery within two to three weeks, sized ready for print, as well as your website and social channels.

If an hour isn't quite enough, I can extend the session, rush your gallery, travel to your business or wherever suits you best, bring a second photographer for events, or keep it to just an hour if that covers what you need.
