you're right there doing it all over again.
Whether you want me to inconspicuously lurk in the shadows, snapping
candid shots or be right up the front, rounding everyone up for group

Weddings in Spain
The quiet in-between moments at weddings are always my favourite. Watching someone get nervous and excited at the same time. Feeling the mood change in the room just before the ceremony, feeling the happiness and watching people respond to beautiful speeches about love. All the different types of weather, the children giggling with excitement at the thought of throwing confetti.
All those little moments add up to one beautiful day.

Alicante, and the wider Costa Blanca, offers something uniquely balanced. You have the sea, the mountains, historic towns, and modern venues, all within a short distance. It means your wedding doesn’t have to fit one mould. It can be relaxed, expansive, or somewhere in between.
The light here is a big part of it. It’s warm, consistent, and lingers into the evening, giving space for moments to unfold naturally, rather than feeling rushed. From coastal ceremonies to countryside celebrations, the setting does a lot of the work for you.
For many couples travelling from the UK, Europe or further afield, Alicante is also easy to reach. With a well-connected airport and a wide range of venues and accommodation, it allows you to bring people together without it feeling complicated.
But more than anything, it’s about how it feels to be here.

WEDDING DAY
I’ll arrive bright and early to settle in quickly and say hello to you both before I start shooting. I want to ensure that you are both 100% comfortable and relaxed for the day ahead.
Throughout your day, I’ll be weaving in and out to ensure I catch every precious moment, including unseen moments. That quick kiss at the dinner table or tucking that loose strand of hair behind your ear. All the moments that make your heart flutter.
The best photographs are ones you don't plan for. Let me and my natural approach capture those unique and unscripted moments between you and your love. If needed, I'll give you gentle direction, usually when we sneak off for a few romantic portraits. Leave your worries at home. I've got this!
I’ll be the chameleon you want me to be – whether you want me to be the ringmaster herding everyone up for a shot or to sneak around in the background, capturing all the natural, candid moments.

Do you know what happens to your photographs after a photoshoot? Not many people do, don't worry!
Once home, I give my undivided attention to your photographs back at my desk, ensuring I do justice to your unique legacy that we have just photographed together.
I pour my heart and soul into recreating your photoshoot all over again - often, I get home and start this process straight away, super eager to see what we made together. I back up your images onto my hard drives and load them into my editing software on my computer.
I go through every image and choose the best ones from the shoot - often, I find it challenging to get rid of any! After this, I edit each photograph, carefully colour correcting, adjusting and tweaking the light.
I believe in natural and honest photography, so I will never digitally manipulate an image to be something it isn't, like you may see in a magazine. I keep my editing simple, similar to what you could do in a film processing dark room.
