Exploring El Palmeral park in Alicante with Scottish couple Jane and Jason, was really magical.

We met in the morning on a warm June day at El Palmeral Park on the outskirts of Alicante city. It was a perfect location to catch the soft morning sunlight and rest against large palm trees when we needed a break from the heat.

El Paleral Park is just on the outskirts of Alicante city, facing the sea. This park lives up to its name with hundreds of palm trees between paths and areas of water with waterfalls, dividing into two parts: one fun and the other social. There is easy parking on the main road and the cafe serves tostadas, beers and ice creams.
