“Can you notice what’s happening as you practise yoga? Do you respond appropriately? With light, soft attention, work with what you already have.”

Grace and Mark wanted this special moment of their relationship captured forever, they’d just got engaged! Mousehold Heath in Norwich was a perfect location, the orange tones were unreal.

On a crisp Autumn’s day, we ventured to Hilly Fields park in Lewisham, London, for a family outdoor photoshoot. All the trees were golden, there were conkers on the ground and even a few pumpkins!

Nell’s 9 month milestone session was full of cheeky giggles and those beautiful baby rolls. Here are a few glimpses into our time together.
