A dreamy Norfolk Coast post-wedding couples photography session.
I remember the day Rebecca came into my mum’s house telling us about her first date with Ben. She’d taken our family dog, Hector, along for the walk, and he had given him the seal of approval!
Rebecca and my mum were both members of ‘borrow my doggy’, a UK based website where you can loan out your pet for a few hours to someone who can’t have a dog of their own. Rebecca and Hector (my mum’s Labradoodle) quickly became friends and have had many sleepovers over the years.
Rebecca and Ben got married in Norfolk and now have their own bundle of fun and joy, Winnie the cockapoo. They wanted to document this time in their lives, post-wedding.
We met at their favourite beach, Sea Palling, and walked through the Norfolk dunes towards the beach. Stopping a few times to allow Winnie to run off some steam and allow us to take a breather from the puppy energy!
We ended up getting extremely lucky with some amazing late summer sunlight. Nearing the end of our time together, the beach was filled with a perfect British summertime dazzle of sunshine – even more perfect because the whole day had been overcast and grey.
